Loen Skylift

From fjord to sky in 5

Loen Skylift lifts you from the fjord in Loen to the mountain Hoven at 1011 meters above sea level. The lift is one of the steepest in the world and was officially opened by HM Queen Sonja on May 20, 2017. In addition to the lift, the facility consists of Fjordshop (ticket office, souvenirs and café), fjord station, mountain station, Skyshop (souvenirs and café) and Hoven Restaurant.
