2. The purpose of our processing of data

The customer register contains information about the customer such as name, address, telephone number, company name (if applicable) and information about contact persons at the customer, in addition to information about which services and products the customer has purchased. 7. Newsletter
By signing up for our newsletter, you consent to us storing your name and email address. We use this to send out relevant information about us and our services. We use MailChimp to send emails. Loen Skylift undertakes not to share your information with other parties. The information will be stored with us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. All our mailings have functionality for you to unsubscribe or change your information in a simple way.
8. Contact form
When you fill out the contact form on the website, this is sent to the sales department. We will store this information in order to provide better customer service. 9. Sharing
It is possible to share articles on the website in social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Further handling of data shared in social media is regulated by your agreement with the relevant online community.
10. Access, correction and deletion of personal information
Pursuant to section 18 of the Personal Data Act, you as a private individual are entitled to access the information registered about you. If registered information is incorrect, incomplete or you wish to delete your information, you can demand this in accordance with the Personal Data Act § 27.
11. Responsible data processor
The general manager of Loen Skylift is responsible for the processing of personal data. The person in question is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are carried out with regard to the processing of personal data, and that any deviations from applicable legislation are reported and corrected. We always strive to comply with applicable privacy regulations.
