May 12, 2025: There are still patches of snow around the summit and on the hiking trails. It is nice to walk, but we recommend winter shoes.
Loen Skylift and Hoven Restaurant is open daily. See opening hours here. Follow updates on our Facebook pages regarding snow conditions. Read about winter hiking tours here. The mountain shop is available for toboggan rental, snowshoes , poles, winter clothing and pow surf boards. Please contact the store staff if the store is not open.
Loen Active offers guided activities such as snowshoeing , sledding , kayaking , SUP (dry suits available) etc. In the summer, Loen Active offers Via Ferrata and zipline . Children from 0-12 can have fun at Loen Play every day throughout Easter from 11 am to 7 pm . Get a full overview of the activities here.
Via Ferrata Loen is open, and you can book a trip for 2025 here. Zipline opens in the summer of 2025.
