Stand Up Paddle

Board paddling, or stand up paddle (SUP) surfing/boarding, or in Hawaiian, hoe he'e nalu, is a growing worldwide sport originating in Hawaii. It's an ancient form of surfing and has become a way for surfers to paddle longer distances. You stand on a specially designed surfboard with slightly more volume, length and width than a normal surfboard, and use a long paddle that you run along the side of the board.

Loen Active has six single SUP boards for rent on the fjord, as well as two Mega-SUP boards for seven people per board for rent on request. SUP board rental includes paddle, life jacket, wet or dry suit and wet shoes. Base for activities on the fjord is Loen Marina .

Loen Active also has pedal boats for rent.
