Every Wednesday and Saturday throughout July, you can join a guided hike to Staurinibba 1379 meters above sea level. The trip includes Loen Skylift round trip.

The summit of Staurinibba is 1379 meters above sea level, and you walk on a well-marked trail from Loen Skylift all the way. We round the north side of Tungegjølet - the steep and narrow gorge that ends down in Loen. Here we come close to steep mountainsides, but can still travel safely along the marked trail. The last half climbs steeper towards the top. The prize that awaits you is worth the effort - an impressive view of inner Nordfjord.

Please note that you must register no later than 18:00 the day before.

10:30 am Shared walk to Loen Skylift, and track to Hoven 1011 m above sea level

10:45 Departure from Hoven

ca 12:15 Staurinibba 1379 m above sea level

13:30 Return to Hoven. Visit Hoven Restaurant.

Return with Loen Skylift whenever you want. Departures every half hour.

Bring food, drinks and extra clothing.
