Practicing in the winter mountains

On Sunday, the avalanche group in Vestland/Sogn og Fjordane's Nordfjord department took to the snow at Hoven to practice with new equipment. The program included searches with avalanche beacons (S/M), coarse searches with and without a probe and digging. - "A good exercise with committed members and great equipment," says Kenneth Breidablik, leader of the avalanche group.
