Cecilie Skog

Cecilie Skog is one of the most high-profile adventurers in the world, and one of the few who has truly pushed boundaries, both physically and mentally. She is the first woman in the world to have climbed the highest mountains on all seven continents and reached both the North Pole, the South Pole and Mount Everest. Yet her talk is not primarily about achievements, but about something deeper: the joy of following your dreams and the courage to stand in the unknown.

With the lecture “Cecilie’s World”, Cecilie takes you on a visual and emotional journey through some of the most extreme landscapes in the world. She communicates with warmth, humor and raw honesty, giving the audience a new perspective on both one’s own goals and how to meet challenges in life and work.

More than an adventurer – Cecilie Skog as a mediator and role model

Cecilie is a trained nurse and has a background in outdoor activities and mountain guiding. She has written several books, and has been a program host and participant in TV productions on both NRK and TV 2, including series such as Drømmeturen, Tjukken & Lillemor with Truls Svendsen, and Familiefryd and Skal vi Danse. The lecture Cecilie's World is a powerful lecture about inner drive and impressive experiences.
