Taittinger – A name that obliges

The Taittinger family has been running the champagne house for almost a century, with one goal: to create champagne of the highest quality. “Having the family name on the bottle means responsibility – for both history and the future,” says Pierre Emmanuel Taittinger. Today, he shares this responsibility with his children Clovis and Vitalie, who together with him form a cohesive and committed family trio.

The taste of tradition and craftsmanship

At Taittinger, Champagne creation is a family affair, where experience and intuition guide each blend. Both the family and the tasting panel make decisions together – a continuation of a strong shared style and sense of quality.

Vineyards – the source of quality

Taittinger owns 288 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Champagne, spread across 37 selected vineyards. With love for the soil and great respect for nature, each grape is cultivated with precision and care. The classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier gives Taittinger champagne the elegant style for which the house is renowned.
