Champagne dinner

On Saturday, March 12, we have the pleasure of inviting you to an exclusive Champagne dinner in Hoven Restaurant. Our eminent kitchen will serve up an exciting combination of local ingredients with a French twist. Along the way, Oskar Kjellberg and Jonathann Gallay will tell the story of the wine house Möet & Chandon, and give an introduction to the different varieties and flavors.

Three-course dinner, drinks with the meal and aperitif are included. Price: 1590,- per person (+ tax)

Claude Moët founded Moet & Chandon in 1743, making it one of the most popular champagnes in Europe, and has now become a major international champagne brand. The 1190 hectares of limestone soil, 50% of which are classified as Grands Crus and 25% Premier Crus, make up the largest vineyard in Champagne. Underground, the Moët & Chandon cellars are the largest in the region. Stretching over more than 28 kilometers, they form a labyrinth where the wine develops under optimal temperature and humidity conditions.

Jonathann Gallay is Moët Hennessy Nordic's wine ambassador, representing an alliance of winemakers from different but recognized worldwide terroirs. After working in wine cellars in both Burgundy and Bordeaux, he traveled the world to share his passion for wine and food.

Oskar Kjellberg is the sales representative for the entire Moët Hennessy portfolio in Norway. He has a culinary background from working in Michelin restaurants and several five-star hotels. He is passionate about sharing the story of the Moët Hennesy wine house.

Practical information

The evening starts with a pizza mingle from 18:00, and there will also be table seating at 19:00. The last course down is at 00:30. The bar closes at midnight.

Tickets for the Champagne Dinner must be purchased in advance on this page. Those who have a ticket to the event can buy a lane ticket at the ticket office for 300,- t/r (regular price 450,-). Those who have an annual pass can use this.
