TEAMBUILDING AND GROUP ACTIVITIES
Mountain air does something to you. Your perspective widens, in two senses, with a view of mighty mountains and the fjord bending far below. A perfect arena for getting to know each other better, both with colleagues and with yourself. Loen Active knows the mountains here, and has many years of experience in guiding activities and ensuring a good experience for all participants, regardless of form and interest. After the outdoor activities, we gather around a meal - loud and free, good and warm.
We divide you into teams and carry out the activities as an informal competition or game. Instructors from Loen Active are present throughout the entire program. We can do this in a couple of three hours, or as a half-day program. The program can be combined with lunch at Hoven Restaurant. Choose activities that suit your group from our menu. Hoven The restaurant offers an a la carte menu and custom group menus. Together we can come up with your own concept, specially developed for your company or group. Perhaps you'd like to have your meals served outdoors? PS: Most of our ingredients are local.
The place for good meetings
ACCOMMODATION AND MEETING FACILITIES
Hotel Alexandra is located right next to the Loen Skylift, and has good and modern facilities for meetings of all sizes. In Loen, no one goes "out on the town", everyone is gathered under the same roof either at the hotel or at Hoven. The important social framework around the meeting is therefore well taken care of. Hotel Alexandra has three meeting areas with a total of 1,500 m2 of congress space. The various meeting areas are flexible and can easily be adapted to different uses and participant numbers. Are you celebrating something or getting married and searching for a special frame for the event? In close cooperation with you we will put together a special menu and customize the event to your wishes. It is possible to rent the restaurant outside regular opening hours for groups over 20 people.

Loen Skylift and Hoven Restaurant is the perfect place to create a day they will never forget. We have many options for both ceremonies and celebrations for both small groups and groups up to 300 people. And with walking distance from Loen Skylift to Hotel Alexandra and Hotel Loenfjord, everything is in place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Loen.
The party room
With breathtaking views of fjords, mountains and glaciers, Hoven Restaurant is a place few others can match. Right on the edge of the cliff, with floor-to-ceiling windows, nature creates an unforgettable setting for this luxurious day. From mid-June to mid-August, it will not be possible to book Hoven Restaurant and Hoven Grill for closed events.
Ceremony
There are many beautiful churches in the area, or you can hold the ceremony outdoors by the fjord, or up here in the mountains - in the midst of all the grandeur.

HOW TO GET HERE
Widerøe flies to Sandane and Ørsta/Volda, 1 hour from Loen. Fly with SAS, Norwegian or KLM to Ålesund Airport Vigra, 2.5 hours from Loen. Transfer to Loen by minibus, boat via Øye or Geiranger, or helicopter. Bergen and Oslo are also options, but require longer transfers. We are happy to set up suggestions for transportation that suits your event.
