Snowshoe hiking
snowshoes is a great way to experience the winter landscape, and this is something everyone can do. Loen Active offers guided snowshoe tours at Hoven. Experience stunning views of the fjord and mountains while hiking in a snowy landscape. There are many possible routes, and our experienced guides adapt the tour to the weather and the level of the participants. After the hike, you can enjoy yourself in Hoven Restaurant - perhaps with a cup of hot chocolate and a good meal.
Leige snowshoes?
If you want to go on your own, you can rent snowshoes from Loen Active. Book online and pick up the snowshoes by appointment. You can also visit Fjordshop during Loen Skylift's opening hours, or contact the course attendant at the top to rent snowshoes (payment with Vipps).

Do you need winter clothing?
Loen Active mountain shop rents out winter suits and winter shoes.
