Take to the winter mountains on one of the trails from Hoven. Depending on the weather and conditions, we run up trails that are nice to walk in. See updated information about groomed trails here. The trails are marked with sticks. Feel free to bring ski goggles and poles on the trip. If the trails are not groomed snowshoes a great alternative.

Hoven - Skredfjellet

The hike is 2 km each way, and has fantastic views of the fjord and mountains in inner Nordfjord. The tour can be combined with Gjølrunden (if this is open).

The Gjøl round

A nice round trip just north of Loen Skylift, to the cairn and viewpoint at Rognehaugen. You can continue the tour further towards Skredfjellet if you wish. Conditions are weather dependent, so contact the staff to check if the trail is open.
