Loen Shuttle - a new way to experience Loen and Lodalen

On Friday, July 1, a new transport service will be launched for visitors to Loen and Lodalen.

Loen Shuttle is an initiative from the tourism industry in Loen to reduce the environmental footprint in the valley and simplify logistics. The bus will have 6 daily departures, three through Lodalen to Kjenndalstova and three to Oppheim.

Whether you want to go to Rakssetra, experience Lovatnet or swim at Breng, this summer you can leave your car behind and hop on the Loen Shuttle. With a flexible day ticket, you can travel as much as you like.

The activity company Loen Active AS is responsible for the operation. The idea itself is a result of work in the project "Destination development Loen and Lodalen", where Hotel Alexandra, Stryn municipality and several tourism companies have been involved in the development of the area over the past year. Loen Utviklingslag is leading the project.

The goal is less traffic, a reduced environmental footprint and a safer road, to the benefit of everyone who uses the roads.
