Snowshoe hiking
snowshoes is a great way to experience the winter landscape, and this is something everyone can do. Loen Active offers guided snowshoeing at Hoven . Experience fantastic views of the fjord and mountains while hiking in a snowy landscape. There are many possible routes, and our experienced guides adapt the tour to the weather and the level of the participants. After the tour you can enjoy yourself in Hoven Restaurant - maybe with a cup of hot cocoa and a good meal.
Rent snowshoes?
If you want to go on your own, you can rent snowshoes from Loen Active. Book online and pick up the snowshoes by appointment. You can also visit Fjordshop during Loen Skylift's opening hours, or contact the course attendant at the top to rent snowshoes (payment with Vipps).

Do you need winter clothing?
Loen Active mountain shop rents out winter coveralls and winter shoes.
